What is the way HINOJAL & NEILA lawyers act before filing a lawsuit?
We send a letter to Bankia, where we request 100% of the amount invested by you plus legal interest, with the aim of negotiating with the entity.
If you do not answer or this is negative, we file the claim before the Civil Courts.
If before the trial the entity wanted to reach an agreement and as long as our client also agrees, we would negotiate on their behalf with the entity, as we do, on the other hand, in all out-of-court claims that we present against any entity.
If you are one of those affected by the acquisition of shares, do not hesitate, send us an email or call us at (+34) 695 198 727 and request a free appointment. We will help you recover what is
yours and we will solve your doubts.
And remember that if you claim, you can win.
