The origin of the problem
BANKIA's IPO was carried out based on erroneous information with the purpose of obtaining financing to avoid its fall and not to finance the growth of future profitable projects for the bank and its shareholders.
No investor would have subscribed to shares had they known beforehand about the serious crisis that said bank was suffering. BANKIA later went into de facto bankruptcy with the bailout and the value of the shares completely collapsed never to recover.

What is the way HINOJAL & NEILA lawyers act before filing a lawsuit?
We send a letter to Bankia, where we request 100% of the amount invested by you plus legal interest, with the aim of negotiating with the entity.
If you do not answer or this is negative, we file the claim before the Civil Courts.
If before the trial the entity wanted to reach an agreement and as long as our client also agrees, we would negotiate on their behalf with the entity, as we do, on the other hand, in all out-of-court claims that we present against any entity.
